Shaw Trust Industries (Doncaster) is a supported business (a form of social enterprise) run by Shaw Trust, a charity helping to transform the lives of young people and adults across the UK and internationally.
At Shaw Trust we are committed to closing the disability employment gap, and at Shaw Trust Industries over 82% of our staff are disabled.
Working alongside our core staffing team of skilled engineers and mechanics, we have created more than 300 employment opportunities for disabled people, including those living with:

Every one of our disabled workforce was unemployed before starting work with Shaw Trust Industries.
