Your metal items are hung onto a suitable jig on our conveyor belts, which then takes them into our spray booth. The items are coated with electrostatic powder coating, passed through an oven (baked at around 220 degrees celsius) and unloaded from the jigs, ready for you to take away.

Yes, they do, or shotblasted.

We can coat anything, just as long as it is made from metal.

We can provide finishes in matt, gloss, metallic or hammer.

Unfortunately we do not have the facility to do this, but providing the powder coating is of a good enough quality, we can over-spray to change the colour of an item you bring in to us.

Once your requirements have been discussed, a solution has been determined, and an order placed, we are proud to say that our turnaround times are second to none.

Yes, it is quite common for clients to use our assembly services also. Please call us to discuss how this could work.

Yes, we can offer discounts on bulk orders.

There is. Please speak to a member of our team to discuss your requirements initially however.

Payment is simple. We will invoice you and you can pay either by bank transfer, by cheque, or cash. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by credit / debit card online.
