We offer plastic injection moulding solutions to the building trade, for example. 

What makes you unique?
We are an established company, with high standards, and a set up ideal for individual jobs, for large batch or small part runs. By choosing us, however, you are also helping to change lives. Shaw Trust is a national charity that helps people facing disadvantage into work, to gain skills and take control of their futures.  

Can tools be made to produce new products?
Yes, they can. Simply contact us and a member of our team will happily talk through your options.

How is it done?
Our customers (normally) provide us with their own mould for injecting our melted plastic into. The mould remains shut during a cooling period to allow the plastic to take the shape required in the mould. The mould then opens and the finished part is ejected out of the mould. Whilst the cooling period is taking place, the plastic for the next injection is being heated to the required temperature within the injection unit so that when the mould closes again this can be injected into the mould. This is then repeated over and over again, with the number of components made in each cycle controlled by the mould. The decision on the number of components is made depending on the overall numbers required by the customer.

How quickly can you turn orders around?
Once your requirements have been discussed, a solution determined, and an order placed, we are proud to say that our turnaround times are second to none. This is due to a combination of both reassuringly good stock levels, as well as excellent team commitment. 

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we can offer discounts on bulk orders.  

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order quantity. Please call us to discuss your requirements first however. 

How can I pay?
Payment is simple. We will invoice you and you can pay either by bank transfer, by cheque, or cash. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by credit / debit cards online.
